The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! The walls were extremely thin as we were woken up after 11pm with the family next door yelling at each other and slamming doors. Not a great place to stay of you want quiet. The continental breakfast was to be served between 6am-10am. We arrived at 7:30am and there food that was already out was cold and staff had not yet put out everything. It was dissapointing.

The pool was the best part of the hotel. Big beautiful windows. 3 hot tubs in the atrium are really nice to have. Staff are friendly enough. They addressed our concerns in a timely manner. I think most were afraid of our dog though. Which for a pet friendly hotel is a bit odd. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It has the topical offerings, but no fruit. No waffles either. It’s food.

Had and excellent stay. Room was clean, staff was helpful, on checking in early. We had a suite with a large jetted tub that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again

Great staff and room was large and comfortable. We did not use either the pool or hot tub but they were very popular. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Had hoped to use the hot tub but when I went down, the one by the pool was cold, two of the others were occupied by groups and the remaining one had brown sludge floating around the edge.

We stay here allot, we try to get a poolside room if available. Breakfast is ok. Kids always have fun at the pool. Shopping is walking distance and plentiful, restaurants are everywhere.

Affordable for sure, with helpful staff and a comfortable room. The i door pool and hot tubs were a great convenience, but the hotel room always seemed damp from the additional humidity in the air.

Conveniently located. Good stay for the price. Decent breakfast.

Tv didn’t work. AC quit working . Walla are thin that you could hear people conversation next door

They have 3 different hot tubs which was nice I couldn’t figure out the jets but that was user error lol was a nice place to stop over night

Gentleman at check-in was very friendly and helpful. When I mentioned that my husband had mobility issues he found us a room on the first floor that was very convenient for unloading and accessible! Room was clean and quiet.

Excellent staff, poor a/c

Check in was quick and easy. The clerk greeted us and made the process simple. He also offered us a coupon for a free appetizer at Texas Road House. He also checked to make sure we enjoyed it when we returned from supper. Breakfast was decent, the pancakes to order were a nice change from waffles.

Great place for a family as the pool entertained the kids. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
