Great location. Spacious room. Just need better maintenance. Like broken body wash bottle, conditioner wasn't refill after previous customer checked out, hairdryer a little dirty, desk chair a little tear, connecting door very hard to lock, soundproof is bad, and need to clean bathroom shelves better. But service is excellent. They responded to all calls. Whatever concerns you have they will take care right away.

The staff we met are personable and down to earth. Our flight from Santa Barbara was delayed for 3 hours and the front desk staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome waiting in their lobby (despite checking out). Overall a very good and comforting experience.

This was one of the best stays we had in Santa Barbara. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and Hilton definitely maintained its high standards. It was a little on the expensive side, but the hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and well worth the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Barbara. One downside was the additional charge for parking. I feel parking should be included in the room rate for hotel guests, especially considering the overall cost of the stay.
