We liked the room and pool table/games access.
-
Not many amenities, there's basically no hotel restaurant. The bar opens at 5:00 p.m. The pool is really small and looks a little bit green

Was only there for one night. Went to see a football game. Bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Room was WAY smaller than what I expected but very modern and clean .shower was excellent. Their gym was perfect. Very nice equipment. Didn't use any of the other amenities. Was a little overpriced in my opinion but not sure if it's because it's so close to Phoenix or because there was a football game that night ,and it's within walking distance to Westgate and the stadium.. was my most expensive hotel stay for my trip to Arizona, but I do believe most of that was for the location,Not so much for what the hotel had to offer. Not sure if I was staying for multiple nights if I would choose the hotel again but for an overnight with the convenience of it all it was worth it

After returning from the gym, I brought a key card to the lobby that I had found on one of the treadmills. I had accidentally placed it in the same pocket as my own key card and could no longer tell which one belonged to me. I handed both cards to the front desk employee, honestly explained what had happened, and told her that I was staying in room 312 under my sister’s reservation. I completely understand that a hotel must verify a guest’s identity before issuing a key. The problem was not the security policy, but the hostile, discourteous, and completely disproportionate way I was treated. The employee kept both key cards that I had just handed her, ordered me to go back to my room—even though I could not enter it without my key—raised her voice, accused me of “creating a scene,” and threatened to call the police if I did not leave the lobby. This happened even though she had personally seen me come down from the elevator, had directed me to the gym, and had told me that I would need my key card to enter it. I then had to call my sister five times while she was asleep and her phone was on Do Not Disturb. The employee eventually called the room directly, but even during that conversation, she referred to me simply as “a person” who was causing trouble without ever asking for my name. The hotel’s security footage can confirm who raised their voice and how the situa

Room was clean, all staff were helpful, loved the gym and hangout area in the lobby, good place to bring kids or friends and just chill. Didn’t like that the bath area doesn’t have a door, only a curtain for privacy. Over all good stay
