Extended Stay America Suites Richmond Glen Allen Short Pump

Is promoted as a smoke free facility and absolutely is not a smoke free facility, burn marks on the tub edge on the floor in the bathroom and smoke smell throughout the quarters and the rooms. I barely tolerated one night and counselor reservation for the next two nights and they would not reimburse me for the one night that I stayed there and experienced asthma exacerbation.

The breakfast suck and no kitchen utensils for the room I didn't like the building I was on the third floor with no Elevator l didn't like the public area and it was hard to operate the TV

Nothing Untidiness and Insects and crawls

Horrible place! Will never stay again! Roach infested, clogged bathroom sinks, phone don’t work in the room, tv and/or air conditioners doesn’t work, had to switch rooms cause of these things and it still wasn’t any better!

The room was not clean. The bedsheets were not washed, there was a cockroaches nest in the bathroom. Didn’t stay that evening.

There was nothing about this hotel to recommend. Nothing. Room was filthy. Front desk gave me a blank look and did nothing about my complaint. Smell of marijuana was excesssive on my floor. Unsavory characters throughout the property. HORRIBLE experience. Didn't feel safe and staff couldn't have cared less. Will never stay at an Extended Stay America property again.

It’s all fine

The hotel " cancelled" my stay with out telling me. I arrived to check in a was told they cancelled my stay the moment it came in because they over booked and did not charge me. The next day I see a charge on my bank account. They were called, stating they refunded my money and should receive a refund in 10 days. They charge $100 deposit and stay. This is all the money I have so my child in I had to stay in a hot car. They intended to charge me, hope I don't notice the charge.

It was a good experience, I liked it , the only issue that I faced was ( not quite place ) I can hear everything around my room ,( I went there cuz I had some business to deal with ) , after all it’s good place to stay in .
