Room was clean, bed comfortable and everything worked as it should.

As others mentioned, hotel is under renovation. Our kitchenette room was great. King sized bed and shower were wonderful. Slept great. There is a dorm size fridge and cook top. There are no cooking utensils. Room was very spacious. We didn't eat there, but they had scrambled eggs and sausage amongst other breakfast foods.. Don't be deterred by the outside. The parking lot was full, looked dark and and didn't look inviting coming in at 8 pm. Glad we had reservations and stayed! The office is in the main building on the left when you drive in by the currently empty pool.

Looks like someone was in a rush to slap some paint on. Ugly paint job. No towel hangers in bathroom. Smelled bad.
-
Very clean. Very modern inside. Very nice beds/room. Was a little anxious when I first saw the sign/outside.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of little quirks from the recent renovations (I.e, paint splatters, the tub plug wasn’t installed correctly, etc.). The complimentary breakfast had great variety for my whole family to eat.

Room and lobby area look like they were freshly remodeled. Great breakfast! Only downside was the pool was closed for maintenance, but for our short stay that was not a deal breaker. Clean and would recommend staying here!

They are renovating and improving the site, looks great so far, breakfast was decent too.

Location was close to good businesses for shopping and dinning. Newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. I'm tall (6'2") and bed was quite tall but comfortable. Wi-Fi and internet signal and strength were terrible, had to just switch to data for use. Remodeling, while nice, made the parking lot a bit difficult to maneuver in.

If you're looking for an outdoor pool, as stated on the websites it is not operable. Having the outdoor pool availability would've been nice because I had had a few hours before going to an appointment. Would've been nice to grab some rays and a soak. Overall, again, I would say do not judge the book by the cover.

This hotel is ran down from the outside, but the rooms are remodeled and are really nice. Comfy beds- loved all the pillows, nice bathrooms- love the double sinks, and overall very clean on the inside! Check in was easy- the older gentleman that checked me in was really pleasant to chat with. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. When everything on the outside gets up to date, this hotel will be very nice!

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and a nice place to stay. They were in a remodel but everything was kept nice and clean.

Breakfast could use some attention. don’t usually expect much but I would like my eggs, sausage and gravy to be warm. Coffee was out. No one around to ask for assistance. Rooms were good. Clean and updated. Would go back

Rooms have been updated . I loved having a kitchenette in my room. very nicesta

Renovations did not affect our stay. Would stay again hands down.

Comfortable bed and pillows. We were in the back, so it was quiet. Adequate bathroom; AC worked. A dresser, mattress and other furnishings were outside along the wall. The pool, empty, the property was in really bad shape.
-
Great location Going through renovation, can put my hand under the door to the outside! lol. Skimped on smaller renovation materials.

Staff was nice, the room was clean and pretty good actually. Newly remodeled. Parking was tight since they are currently painting and remodeling the outside with a huge dumpster in the parking lot. The pool was not functional, the washer was out of order as well as the ice machine. The room was newly remodeled and looked nice and the a/c although noisy, kicked some butt! Asked for a 1 hr. Late checkout and they gave us 30 min.

Next time Im in Gillette I will definitely stay here.

The property appeared run-down even though some attempts had been made to repaint walls and trim. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. On the plus side, there was fresh yogurt from a dispenser. But there was no fresh fruit, the juice dispensers didn't work, and the food provided was mostly highly processed. I tried to find a staff member to help with the juice dispensers, but there was no one either at the desk or in the entire front area during the time we were at breakfast. Our bed was comfortable, but, in general, the room was shabby. The parking area had potholes, and parking for our room was actually off a street behind the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel in its present condition.
