The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. The room was a good size and was nice. The bed was firm which for me was uncomfortable, but I slept ok anyway. The included breakfast was ok. The waffles were good and they had a good variety. Coffee and tea bar was good. Fresh warm cookies were a bonus! Overall good stay. Would recommend if staying 1-2 nights.

The breakfasts were wonderful! Great selection! The staff was friendly and helpful. And the rooms were clean and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again. The pool area needs more umbrellas for shade. There were plenty of chairs, and the pool was sparkling clean. But Phoenix in the summer is scorching!!!! More umbrellas and/or shade structures would be a plus!

Great option for staying close to Banner Gateway. Dutch Bros is in the same parking lot. Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms, nice breakfast options.
