The building is run down and had a smell as soon as you went through the stairway entrance door the room had recent update but was minimal quality water pressure was low during the showers and the girlfriend woke up with two bite marks on her leg we cut loses and chose another hotel

This hotel needs to be redone - painting just the front of the hotel is not it!!! Re-think before staying here. Staff is not friendly at all, the parking lot is awful, very dirty and very run down. We will be staying at other hotels the next time we come for a tournament in Gettysburg.

A little far out but great place.

We stayed here while in town for a soccer tournament. This hotel was a great place to unwind after a long day of soccer. The kids were able to replace and have fun in the pool. They were also able to have fun in the arcade the hotel features. The room overall was okay. The A/C didn’t cool as well as I thought it should have. With that said, the family had a great time!

Needs to be updated

We had room on the upper floor, and to addition to the musty smell was smell from restaurant, some curry or something, absolutely horrendous. Room was clean, but was hard to stay there with the horrible smell. Carpets everywhere and that adds to the unpleasant feeling. We are quite disappointed, had high expectations, but unfortunately, ended up speechless. There is no tea or water in the lobby, haven't experienced that in a long time.

Generally poorly maintained. The shower handle was broken. When we finally did get it to attach to the valve and got the shower going… The water went out in the middle of my shower while I was all soaked up and of course, this caused some soap burns. Upon checkout, I just wanted to let them know about the room and the person at the desk accuse me of lying. I wasn’t too impressed with Hotels.com either. They said they would have someone talk to the manager on Monday and call me back, but that never happened. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone stay away from it… Sketchy. The worst customer service ever and that saying something these days because the bar is pretty low … terrible place… Stay away from it.

AC in room didn't work, room door didn't lock. Front desk not staffed after 5pm. Restaurant, deli, bar and gift shop closed. Pool was brown. This place looked abandoned and we never saw a single staff person other than at check in. All of the amenities advised were closed. Hotel looked abandoned

All of the staff were unwelcoming. From the check in to check out, even the woman in the deli was snide. For such a large hotel there was not many amenities. The breakfast was good and dining room was clean.

Very clean and good breakfast

Property was nice. Quiet area. Room service was quick! Vending machines were either broken or only took quarters which was a pain. I had to take money out of the ATM, get the front desk to make change, go to the arcade and get quarters. It was a multi step process!! If the machines took cards it would be so much easier!!

THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS GREAT WITH A LARGE SELECTION OF ITEMS.

The place is now called the Aspire Hotel. It looks abandoned and not very nice looking. The inside has several rooms being set up for what looks like a preschool. The room was clean and nice but the place itself, pretty crappy. Breakfast was pretty bad.

- Hotel front desk staff kindly assigned us a room less than 100 ft from the front desk while traveling injured. - Water temperature and pressure were good on first floor. Not so good: - older toilets in room were very close to the ground & I had to help senior family member get up and down. - breakfast milk had lumps in it & sausage links(?) appeared to have been warmed up & saved multiple times. - restrooms & dining area have peeling wall paper & could use a refurbish. - gambling machines in lobby a bit out of place for a hotel in a historic memorial area. Overall, nice staff and nice enough hotel, but unless it is a busy convention weekend (we were there on a slower day), maybe skip the breakfast.

Bad and gross pool area and nobody was at the hotel to even check us in.. we had to walk next door to check in and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff were super nice and polite and answered all my questions. Housekeeping were also polite. And the room was very clean. The hotel was clean as well. Had a wonderful time.
