Friendly staff, clean rooms and all the amenities where enjoyable for the whole family

Nighttime noise control, activity supervision, and transparency about the incidental hold were not. After 15 years of visits, this one left a sour taste.If you need actual sleep or you’re watching every dollar, go in with eyes WIDE OPEN

The only thing that could be improved is the check in, we spent about 1 hour in the line.

Family friendly environment

This property has been around for a long time and it shows. Although they’re undergoing renovations the hotel is so dirty. The carpet in the lobby is disgustingly dirty, the elevators are old, dirty and missing the handrails in most of them. I can appreciate the family friendly atmosphere and range of activities for all ages, I just wish the staff did a better job and maintaining a high level of cleanliness all around. The staff is very friendly though which is appreciated. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay again.

Great time

Check in was easy! Was able to enjoy the water park before getting our room which was fantastic. There was so much to do and enjoy for all ages! Make sure you have a card they did not accept cash for making purchases of items or foods you have the option to add your card to your wrist band to make purchases and charge to the room. Definitely purchase the pup pass not sure if that was the exact name but it came with some much for the kids including a build a bear. Definitely coming back!

Everything is amazing . Only one thing that we were disappointed . There is no chair in the room . We had to eat standing up .. the place is amazing but on our suits there is no chair

The place smelled like those older Vegas hotels. The water inside the park was visibly dirty with so many tiny particles in the water. Our stay was limited to 2 hours because of a dispute with another family that threatened my safety and the safety of my child. There’s a protective custody order in place and instead of kicking out the aggressive party, the manager kicked out both families even after we all stated to keep a safe distance as long as the children can enjoy.

Staff needs to be trained on autistic children & their possible family needs. The only positive point in the stay was the “Great Wolf Lodge Wolf” took the time to share a moment with my autistic daughter and that was nice.

They should have floors for adults only. Since this resort is kid friendly, I could never take one day to relax. The kids ran up and down the hallway every night! My television was broken for almost two days!!! Now I'm fighting for my incidental deposit to be returned to my account!!!!
