Baymont By Wyndham Gainesville I-75

Check in was easy and staff was nice. Lobby seemed fine, but there were a few odd folks lounging around in there. We checked in later, like 10pm. Room was fine looking, but the beds were very wobbly and squeaky on a loose metal frame in need of repair. One bed had sheets that seemed to have not been changed with dirt and hair under the covers. There were only two towels, but the bathroom was clean. Whole place needs an upgrade housekeeping needs to do their job and not cut corners.

Our stay got off to a disappointing start. Upon entering our first room, we discovered red stains along the wall borders; they were concerning enough that my mother, who is a nurse, worried they might be blood. Additionally, the drawers were quite filthy. While the front desk did accommodate us with a room change, which was an improvement, the furniture in the second room (specifically the chair) was so visibly dirty that it was honestly off-putting. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, offering a decent selection of hot and convenient food. However, if cleanliness is a priority for you, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel for an extended stay.

I like mrs. Nadine she went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated for my filthy room and she also assisted me with getting my money reimbursed back to me . the overall upkeep of the hotel it was disgusting and needs alot of work something that paint can't do

Close to our family and I had a free breakfast. It looked rough. The doors to secure the third floor was broken. The door to the pool was broken. The floor in our room was sticky, the top sheet had a stain on it no tissues the phone did not work an outlet didn’t work no directions to the TV. The bad moved, when you rolled over or prompt yourself up to sit up in the bed, no room between bed and air conditioner. We weren’t told that there was no housekeeping, unless you requested them. The trash by the pool area smelled. I believe that people live there. The pool was not kept clean in need of some repairs. I was very disappointed. I have stayed in others Bay Matt hotels that were very nice and clean.

The entire hotel staff was amazing, from manager, front desk staff, laundry ladies and housekeepers ,all were nice and helpful.

Lights in the parking lot shinned into the room. Never getting dark. Very noisy from the highway traffic. Breakfast was good. I’ll pass the next time around.

Rooms could use update. Air had a petrol smell. Need additional pillows.

Location Cleanliness, floor was dirty

We got two rooms; one for us and one for my teenagers. The rooms we very rundown. The TV's didn't work properly and had cords just dangling down from them. The remotes had tape over the battery cases. The ceilings had prior water damage. There were fruit flies in both of the rooms. The kids' room had a window adjacent to the elevator and third floor entry. All night long people were in-and-out and meandering outside their window at points smoking blunts. Our room was just as rundown. The beds were squeaky and cheap. Pillows were the same. When we sat down in bed, we noticed that the bottoms of our feet were black from the dirty floors, which were sticky in spots. If the goal is to just flop somewhere cheap, this is definitely the hotel for you. The featured pictures on the website were in no way representative of the rooms we received.

Dirty and nothing worked.

The staff was great and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and roomy. The room needed some maintenance. The shower knob was not correct but it had great water pressure. The door was scratched up pretty bad needed some paint. The tv remote didn’t have any batteries so we could not control the tv. It was on when we arrived. I thought that was weird and then I got in bed and tried to turn it down and discovered it did not have any batteries. The families that were staying there very loud at all hours of the night and early in the morning.

Hot breakfast is always a plus! Pool was clean and ready for use. Staff was great

Location was good, pool area was decent and they let the kids swim late. Bed Room stunk Toilet super low Halls stunk Breakfast was horrible.

Reception was great - loved the people who work there.

I have stayed there like 2 years ago before and the breakfast was like almost none. Now at this time the breakfast was upgraded- found out it is under new management. Felt much safer there . Before during my stay I had called 911 because someone was knocking at my door at 230 am and ringing my phone.

The hotel are clean the front decks al really gentle the breakfas are good is a great place to stay
