The pictures make it look more upscale then it actually is. The rooms themselves were old and have def seen better days. But for the money it wasnt awful. I probably won't stay there again. But if u need somewhere inexpensive and located close to all downtown fullerton has to offer then its would be a good choice. It has its own shuttle bus that people seemed to be using, and parking was free!! Which was nice. Its pool was clean and convienant to use while we were there. I liked that our room had the main front door(that u accessed from inside the hotel ) but also a sliding glass door that locks and unlocks that opens to a small patio that is literally 10 feet from pool fence. I did like that. I saw security there watching the property and parking lot made me feel safe and that my vehicle was safe as well.

Will not stay here ever again. Should have read reviews. Owners really need to do renovations and take some pride in the place. It is very dirty and run down and simply gross. Do not recommend.

I arrived late(2am) after calling them 4 hours ahead of time to let them know I was stuck in Northern California. Upon my arrival no greeting and front lady was rude. The front lady was training a man, kept us waiting while she proceeded to reticule him in front of us. She didn't assist him and kept letting him know how wrong he was at everything he was doing. The lady ask me to complete a form, didn't explain that I didn't have to do the whole form(the man informed me after it was finished). I wont go into the property as I only really seen the hallways(dirty). I will never stay here or recommend this hotel due entirely to the behavior of the front desk lady.

They also offer free breakfast which was good.

However we had to leave right after check in. Unfortunately this hotel is in terrible condition. I do not consider myself picky, especially when only using a room to sleep and shower but I do not believe this hotel should even be in operation due to the condition. The grounds are very unkept, the floors, hallway, doors are all in poor condition. I thought I was in the wrong place..it appears it has been abandoned from outside. The lobby was ok so I checked in. I noticed the laundry room completely out of service with no hopes of ever working. The rooms furniture was completely different from the photo. The four poster bed was falling apart and could possibly collapse. There was a black sticky substance all over the wall and night stand. The carpets are heavily stained. All the electrical outlets are dangerously installed. Called the front desk to let them know the room did not match what was online. They told me that was the nicer room!!! Sliding glass door was in poor/dirty condition and the pathway out to the pool was extremely filthy. I did not walk out to look at the pool. My kids said it looked like they brought the Titanic up and just started renting the rooms 😬 they offered a refund for all but the first night. Which was highly appreciated. Again staff was very helpful ..But this hotel should not be in operation. Sorry.

The best part of staying at this hotel is the LARGE pool...unheated though!

This hotel is horrible. It’s filthy dirty old, broken beds. It smells horrible in hallways the rooms it felt like I was staying at a prison. It stunk the hallways were horrible. The breakfast they served scrambled eggs and water. The lobby smells the couches have stains on them this is a very horrible hotel. I don’t care if you gave it to someone for free I wouldn’t let my dog stay in there.

Free shuttle to and from Disney was super helpful! Reception staff were also lovely and accomodating.
