At first glance the property and room looked good. Then upon closer inspection, the room had two armchairs that looked dirty, I did not want to sit on either of them. One of the wash cloths in the bathroom had what looked like old mascara stains on it. There was a roach in the bathroom when i woke up in the morning and most importantly there was no smoke alarm in the room which im pretty sure is illegal. It appears as though the smoke alarm was removed and never replaced. I will will not be staying here again.

Room was clean but smelled of Pine Sol and there was some mold in the shower. Otherwise a very good stay. Quiet enough, quick check-in.

PK held a box for me while backpacking in the Sierra, very nice of him and much appreciated. Hot in Fresno

The outside looks so much better than the actual rooms, inside. I will not make this place my first choice next time I need a place to stay in Fresno.

Had a great stay at Summerfield Inn! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Fresno I strongly recommend staying here, everything was perfect and the rooms were clean top to bottom! So much so that when I came back through Fresno after going to San Francisco for a couple days that I chose to stay here again! Great rooms at a reasonable price and the owners were very nice and happy to see that I was a returning customer! Great place, great people and no issues whatsoever. Next time I’m in Fresno I will look to book this property!
