I know for a fact the room was not cleaned properly before because the walls and the drapes had buggers and something that looked like blood.

The rooms are $100 a night and are disgusting the rooms are dirty spray paint on walls in room doors frames are busted and repaired poorly you can see the light outside thru frame of door no smoke detectors all broken hanging down floors walls are dirty microwave and refrigerator are dirty shower walls are dirty bathroom walls dirty burnt marks on counter furniture in room all dirty n missing pieces overall horrible condition

Bed mattresses were bad, could almost feel springs. They need to be replaced. No running water in shower, could not use it. Toilet water ran most of night. Sink water had very poor water pressure. Homeless people lingering outside after we checked in. A partial refund should be appreciated.

It was ok could of been a little more cleaner

Holes in the sheets when I first walked in the toilet was clogged and flooded

The floors were dirty the sheets had cigarette burns the pool looked like there were black worms in the pool . No ice bucket the ice machine was dirty. The faucets were loss the shower handle was loss coming out of wall. Was hard to turn water on.

Horrible experience smell Like smoke and my head was hurt Everything was horrible nothing look like it was taken care of

The pool was closed and drained. A nice swim and a place to sit outside would have been great, especially after a long drive.

Poor staffing

One of the cleaning lady’s tried walking in while me and my husband were still sleeping

I paid for a room that I never stood in…They did not refund me after lying about taking their sheets. NOBODY WANTS THEIR USED OLD DIRTY SHEETS!!! Don’t stay here they are thieves!!!

Nothing they tried to kick my door in and I had to call the police and then the staff lady was like they are her friends they’re just drunk They tried to rob me they fridge was leaking water all my food spoiled they don’t replace for food they know there stuff don’t work

Not to clean

Nothing It was dirty and didn’t have clean towels and beds were dirty I think it had blood stains.

Table and seating area inside hotel was extremely dirty/ there was a spider in the bathtub/ got a non smoking room and it smelt like burned out cigarettes/ towels had stains on them/ water kept going through curtains and leaking all over the floor/ staff from office at check in was being a little rude/ breakfast was not included as the website mentioned.

The policy states that’s you can’t get a refund until day before I believe. When we checked in the day of we noticed the tv outlets were broken, ac units was broken, and the tub had mold. When I mentioned it to front desk he questioned me like I was lying until I showed him pictures. He then said I ca show you 3/4 rooms if not you have to call Expedia’s the other rooms all had mold, trash left thrown, or something left in the fridge. I notified Expedia and when they got back to me let me know the owners did not approve the refund after I was told I was able to get it only needed to contact Expedia. This was horrible I ended up staying at the Ramada across the street who were much nicer, and, cleaner. Never booking here again nor would I recommend it. I tried contacting to speak to a manager and front desk said there was no manager and I couldn’t speak to one.

When I checked in the pm shift attendant wasn’t patient but the am shift attendant was absolutely wonderful pleasant patient and beautiful she’s the reason I would return The customer service at night and the swing shift need tracing or to find new jobs they lie to customers and are very rude they are prejudice!
