FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! From the location of the hotel (within walking distance of great shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops...you get the idea), to the arrival experience (fabulous valets for parking), to the kind and helpful front desk folks (which happens to be at a desk, btw), to the hospitality shown by staff in the small things (think offering lemon water after a long drive), to the beautiful lobby, fabulous rooms, delicious food, live music, and great drink selection, this hotel is a home run! The price was on point for value-to-experience. This hotel goes on our list of places for a weekend get-away! Will most certainly stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Convenient walking distance to downtown Franklin. Helpful and polite staff. Room was clean, presentable, and comfortable. Nice restaurant onsite (1799 Kitchen) and Cafe (McGavock’s). Would stay here again.

The friendly and professional staff went above and beyond, our room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious and hard to beat for the price. Not to mention, they’re not just a dog friendly hotel; they truly love dogs!

What an amazing hotel! We walked everywhere in downtown Franklin. The room was gorgeous and overlooked the courtyard and it's fountains. The shower was pure luxury. Each night, the cleaning staff left treats along with a clean room. The bar staff was friendly and even came out to check on us when we moved to the courtyard. Flawless.
