Marriott's BeachPlace Towers

Spacious. Listing and information provided by hotels.com contained zero information about the absolutely labyrinthine process for accessing the property and checking in. Listing did not advise as to parking fee. “Lounge” on 19th floor was a mold-smelling empty conference room with zero amenities. Entire property seems in need of a refresh. Spacious and clean but very overpriced for what it was and terrible communication and clarity in the listing.

The balcony in our room had a beautiful view of the intercoastal.

The staff was friendly, fun activities, super clean with lots of amenities, location was awesome. Complimentary laundry facilities, parking garage was being repaired, & after check out it wasn't smooth exiting, had to return to the lobby 4 floors up to get the pass fixed so we could get out of the building. Other than that everything was exceptional!

Need more signal us inside of a little mall

We went on a family vacation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we had a blast. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely go back to this place again.

First off they’re having construction, which I did see online reviews, but I asked for a room with a balcony. The first night I stayed. We were able to use the balcony the next day. They closed the balcony without letting us know that was the purpose of our trip to be able to see the ocean view and enjoy the balcony. The noise from the construction wasn’t horrible and also when I booked, I asked for a higher room which they said they couldn’t give me so I was on the ninth floor.

The hotel’s superb clean and well located you have tons of restaurant potions, bars and the best part is the 1 min walk to the amazing beach. The staff’s are so friendly. I’m defending go back 🔥✈️😉

The room was amazing, the location perfect.. pool was great, everything was awesome.. w of the elevators wherent working which was a long wait to get to and from your room but i dont like to put that on them.. the place was awesome!

Not easy to find the entrance

We booked 3 balcony rooms for 2 nights. When we got our rooms we were not able to use any of the balconies due to construction. In addition at 9am they were working on the balconies and we were awaken to a “jack hammer” noise outside our rooms. In one of the rooms there was a rattling sound with the air conditioner and and another room the air conditioner leaked and there was water on the floor. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Make sure to call them about the amenities they have just in case when your booking your stay

Property was under construction- which was not communicated until we arrived. The front desk was very kind, but this could have meant we didn’t have access to a balcony which would have been very upsetting upon arrival.

We were not told that it was under renovation. One of the main reasons we booked it was to sit out on the balcony in the evenings and we were unable to use it because of the renovation. Our rooms carpet was soaked from a clogged drain in the a/c unit and the night manager was not helpful at all.

Beautiful view of the beach When we changed rooms you couldn’t see out the sliding door for tape. Should have left off on one side.

Currently under construction. Late check in and early checkout with no flexibility. They should have been a little more accommodating with all the construction going on and the price for the rooms.
