August 28th 8pm we pull up to check in... our front desk manager (I assume) was hacking on a cigarette in the front. As I proceed to check in.. I asked her clean as can be. Is this room away from everyone? (To make that clear.. is this room away from everyone... I DONT KNOW HOW CLEAR I COULD HAVE MADE THAT) I asked that because I don't sleep well.. and I know this is a motel style area. Door on the outside... so I won't hear a lot of people moving about. She confirmed... "Yes, this is away from everyone. The room is at the very end of the 2nd floor.." (Proceeds to tell me the full directions on how to get there) First... and with 30mins find out that was a lie, completely. The room was ok... maybe not aired out in a bit. The carpet horrific... no telling when the last time it was shampooed. No iron or ironing board... I mentioned that during check out so I wouldn't be charged! I had to go buy my own from WalMart. The sink smelled so bad... maybe from the water coming out...?? We used bottled water to wash our hands and brush teeth. Nope... saw a 9.0 review rating on this place... GOT TRICKED. No way! Never again.

Rooms were clean, we felt safe, and the kids loved the pool. Staff was excellent. Great stay for a great price.

Room showed a jaccuzi bathtub didn’t have one. Pool had some algae in it. Other than that it was ok wouldn’t pay 120 bucks to stay there again maybe 80

Pool and hot tub was nice. Nice location. Breakfast not as good as expected

We stayed 4 nights. Towels were restocked the first 3 days, but not the last 2. I would rate breakfast 2/5 ... not many choices. The pool was a good size, could use more chairs. Also, another guest was cleaning the pool as it has not been cleaned. Overall, we would stay here again as the room was clean.

We loved our stay! I would definitely recommend staying there if you're looking for something on more of the affordable side. The place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and ALL our amenities in the room worked! They even allow your furry friends to stay. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff was very helpful, had smiles and all of the amenities mentioned in the ad were there. The hot tub was hot and available daily until 11, The pool was right next to ot to quickly cool off. The beach was only 15 minutes away and there was a waffle house directly next door that we walked to for walffels at midnight. The room was restocked with towels daily. Theytook very good care of us , I loved the stay and definitely would recommend it. We ate biscuits and gravy in the morning with juices but they had a bunch of different things to choose from. The Tv had Direct Tv on demand so I watched my favorite show! Great price for excellent service.

Be aware this hotel is pet friendly I didn’t know that at booking so there was several small dogs in the rooms barking periodically which was very annoying and this is a smoking hotel so you could smell smoke outside everywhere and in the lobby and in the elevators, but the rooms were nice if it wasn’t for the dogs and the smoking it would be a really nice place.

My room was clean and it was nice to have a full sized refrigerator. I enjoyed my peaceful stay.

I booked a reservation had made mistake said I would get money back for the room haven’t received money back it has happened twice and I’m getting really fed up with this Expedia thing. I definitely haven’t saved anything through this at all it’s cost me more in the long run. Just get my money back to me.

Average stay, nothing stood out. We just stayed for a quick overnight sleep though.

The room was impregnated with cigarette smell. We can barely stay there. Had to open the door and let the air flow for a little while. Also we went to the front desk and the staff gave us an odor spray that helped a little but the smell was very strong.
