Ran out of clean towels and rags didn’t come clean the room daily

We had a clean room staff was friendly and helpful to our stay air conditioning was great in our room.

Tub Need a good Paint Job Look Dirty and Needs to be replaced

Great location: to i95, several choices ⛽gas stations and convenience stores very close by- Some within walking distance, convenience to downtown Visions of BEAUTIFUL SUNRISES and SUNSETS from the room I occupied (first floor, first room by the office)... Several professional staff members with warm pleasant personalities... Amper amount of parking spaces. My biggest complaint(s) about this spot for me: The Non-Smoking room I occupied smelt like cigarette smoke pretty much everyday from the bathroom vent (a room adjacent to that room)... For a moment, I thought it was permeating thru the walls... Good help can be hard to find. There are Management members in need of training from staff members. One management member in particular is very rude, SHE doesn't speak and interrupts conversations between staff and customer(s)... The Ground Crew/Staff stayed busy sweeping up Cigarette butts everyday.

Clean rooms decent staff did see some roaches. But all in all ok.

Convenience

The 2 rooms were terrible and smelled heavily of smoke. We were traveling with children, and the rooms were not acceptable for a family stay. The confirmation did not show that these were smoking rooms, and we would not have accepted smoking rooms. I am requesting a full refund because the rooms were not reasonably usable and did not meet the expected standard. Please open a complaint case and contact the property for refund approval. I also want this documented as a smoke/room-condition issue, not a simple cancellation. I understand the booking had a cancellation policy, but this is not a normal cancellation or no-show issue. We arrived and the room condition was unacceptable. I am asking Booking.com to mediate a refund because the property provided rooms that were not suitable, especially for children. And I booked the 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. Everything.

The room that I had was ridiculously. Let’s start with the curtains. They were dirty I mean filthy. Then the bathroom door was written all on with so many messages from past rentals. The mirror was cracked badly. And the ac was leaking water from the inside on to the room floor. And they kept giving other people our room while we was checked in

Nothing pre-booked and confirmed a "Queen Studio with 1 Queen Bed - Disability Access/ Non-Smoking." However, my experience upon arrival was entirely unacceptable due to the following severe issues: Failure to Provide Reserved Room: Upon checking in, I was informed that the room I specifically reserved was no longer available, and I was forced to accept a room with double beds instead. This is particularly egregious as I had specifically reserved a disability-access room. Room Lockout and Lack of Support: Later that night, my room card failed to work, completely locking me out of my room for half the night. Because this occurred around 12:00 AM, I was left stranded in the hallway for hours before someone finally arrived to resolve the electronic lock issue. I only remained at your property because it was midnight, and finding alternative accommodations at that hour was impossible. This ordeal turned what should have been a restful stay into an incredibly stressful and exhausting night.

Curtains need to be washed and my bathroom door needed to be replaced but other than that it was an okay place to stay the manager and front desk was a help

The only thing that was good was the A/C! The room smelled like cigarettes and had burns all over bathroom cabinets,the sliding bathroom door wouldn't close and their were families living there! The children kept running around all night and people hanging around on the stoops! We never go back here again!!!

The location and room was clean The fact that if check out is at 11am why is housekeeping knocking and opening my door at 9:45am!!! Also I paid for extended stay as I have done 2 times previously and I normally ask to stay till 4pm for 25.00 more… I was told yes before I paid the money but later on housekeeping comes and knocks on my door at 2:00pm to check out and not give me at least half my money back or honor what they said this time …. So I won’t be coming back to this property because they have to much going on!!!

Opening the door and seeing the sunrise... Conveniently located to i95 and i20... There are some major retailers and grocery stores located close by and gas stations and coffee ☕ Not having a morning breakfast bar
