Everything was absolutely nice and we had a great time!

Great breakfast room was very clean great staff

I would have given 5 stars because the hotel itself was very nice and clean and the amenities were great however, the staff were not friendly at all! We tried talking with them and smiling at them and they acted like us being there was putting them out. We went to the desk to check out at the pantry and the lady behind the desk was on a personal phone call and asked me to wait so she could finish up her phone call. We wait almost 5 minutes! One of the washers was broken and the sign says to let the staff know so they can address things and the gentleman was put out that I brought it to his attention. Not one smile from staff or did they make us feel welcome and we won’t be back!

The property itself is good. Good location and good amenities. However, for the 3 nights we stayed there, no one came to clean the room and empty the trash bins.

Nice staff and good breakfast

This was a super nice hotel and our suite was huge. The hotel staff were all very kind and welcoming. There doesn't look like a lot of parking at first, but there is a large parking lot behind the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, hot eggs, home fries, sausage, waffles, pastries, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, soda, coffee, juice, and other stuff. The bed was very comfy, water was always hot with great pressure and it was mostly quiet at night. The only downfall was the pool wasn't heated and there wasn't a hot tub, but it was still nice. I'm a sound sleeper so I wake up when I hear the smallest noises and even though I did wake up some, it wasn't a lot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Super clean, kinda close to the airport if sounds bother you. There is also a fire station right next door that is pretty busy. Overall this is likely where we will be staying when we come to visit. Typical free breakfast by the way.

Hotel was nice and location good, adjacent to a main road with all the shops and restaurants you’d want. But tucked away enough that you wouldn’t know you were in a busy area. Staff was friendly and room clean. Breakfast was okay, seemed like heat and serve faux eggs and sausage.

I like how the hotel is situated up on the hill. Very nice setting and it felt very safe. We actually arrived an hour before check in. We were coming from 5 hrs away and didnt realize when we arrived that we were so early so we had to come back in an hour. In my experience growing up and traveling with family, when this situation arose, the hosts were able to check to see if the room happened to be ready. While it was your policy so not unfair, it would have been better to have been able to check in on arrival.
