We came for Move-in week at NAU. Many places in town were either sold out, or had raised their prices. This motel is close to the campus and was not too expensive. The room and bathroom were very clean. Everything looked new and fresh. There was some noise as they were redecorating the room next door. The staff was pleasant, however the front desk area looked run down, and the lady at the desk wore blue latex gloves, which was odd. The problem we had was the room was very stuffy and warm. The AC unit was a very old wall/window unit, not a standard hotel unit and the room never got cool enough to be comfortable. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable. They seemed to have some sort of rubber cover underneath the sheets that crunched and squeaked every time you moved. All the doors do open to the outside. There is no pool, or breakfast. The property met our needs at the time, but would probably not go back.

The room looked like it had just been renovated and was clean and spacious , with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great chair to lounge in . I work away from home so it was great to stay at a place where they appreciated your business . I will definitely be staying there when work in Flagstaff.

We stayed here for the night and it was a nice small newly renovated hotel. It was clean and convenient. Beds were clean and comfortable. The only thing is that it’s right near busy streets, so the sirens and loud cars was a bother at night. Also the deposit was a bit pricey at $100 just for one night. Other than that it’s a nice clean hotel if you want a place for the night.

The AC is up very high and for me, I’m short, I couldn’t reach it. The bathroom door doesn’t lock, but it does roll open when you are inside. There could be a latch and the problem would be solved. Pros- very comfortable bed and I am picky, close to NAU (close enough to walk), close to a lot of restaurants and stores. I also felt safe here.

Rooms are updated and clean and Spacious . Old Howard Johnson. New owners are putting a lot of funds into renovations. Good option for NAU visits. Building looks old on the outside but the rooms are nice. If you're planning to use the mico kitchen you need to request all the cookware utensils plates and silverware. There is none in the rooms

-
Great customer service!! Very easy check in and check out process and cleaned room whenever requested. 24/7 coffee was nice, as well as discount cards to the burger place down the street. For the price, well worth it considering everything you get, especially for flagstaff!
-
Not the hotel you see in the pics.

The room was very clean. The young gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. He was very helpful and went up and beyond expectation. Would stay there again.
-
Absolutely amazing room for the money. Parking gets a lil packed, but they own the budget inn as well so you can park there as well! Would definitely stay again!

Despite the kitchenette and fill-size fridge, there are no utensils or dishes. The coffee machine in the lobby made great latte and cappuccino.
