Every thing is very good

Liked everything but the heat in the elevator but they were doing some upgrades so no big deal.

The woman that checked me in was so sweet after my horrible day. I really appreciated the kindness - very thoughtful. This place is clean and well kept. Stay here everytime I go to Flag.

Nice and clean, staff were friendly, location was great, we could walk around downtown. My only con was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like.

Great room. Very convenient

Everything was great for the one night we stayed. Breakfast was decent and filling. Only complaint was the mattress was a little too firm for my liking.

Clean and close to everything. Only stayed one night but had no issues with the accommodations.

It was an over all great stay. My only issue is having to pay an additional $6 for parking at the hotel?

Staff went above and beyond! Nice large room and the shower was perfection. I will go back anytime I head up to Flaggstaff Nothing

The cleaning staff was super friendly every morning when we saw them.

The staff there weren't all that great. I do not think that this hotel was worth the price. The rooms were fine, but I do not think that the staff do that great of a job satisfying guests. I would not stay here again.

We really liked the fact that there was coffee and cookies available in the lobby. We also liked that the property had covered parking. The breakfast selection was nice but we would have preferred some non-dairy options-milk/yogurt :) The property was in a great location and walkable to so many desired places. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The property was quiet and staff was nice:):)

Location Very bland decor, very little character in a beautiful setting. Huge missed opportunity. Was disappointed with the lack of atmosphere, and frankly a cold and bare minimum staffing business model.

The facility is kept clean and the staff is great.

Nice clean for an overnight stay traveling from California to NC. Great location for restaurant choices. Would recommend and stay again
