When I arrived, I was greeted properly at the desk! He answered all my questions and even suggested a nice place for dinner (Red Line Diner). The room was very clean! The wall plugs were up to date with USB plugs as well as 12v plugs as well! The bathroom was in great condition and I liked that the sink and vanity mirror were separate from the toilet and shower! I would recommend Spark Fishkill to anyone!

No microwave in the rooms? Only one chair in the room. The checkin system shut down for half a day! It was awful

Room door didn’t close automatically. No cups in room. A/C was excellent. Nice bed. No ice vending on floor.

They didn't let me check in until 10pm. Shame.

It's not hygienic and not suitable for its intended use. I don't plan on staying here again.

The cooling system was old. We had difficulty adjusting the room temperature. We couldn't turn off the air conditioner. We had to unplug the cable. Also, the air in the room was acrid because it hadn't been cleaned properly before. Three stars is too much for this hotel. I hope they make improvements. I will definitely not choose this place again on my next trip.

L'hôtel a besoin de rénovation a l'entrée le toit est briser des bout béton pendouille, l'ascenseur fait aussi un drole de bruit tout est vieux, mais je n'ai rien a dire sur la propreté de notre chambre tout etait bien. Mise appart pour l'établissement qui semble etre laisser aller au fil du temps.

Check In was very slow. The front desk attendant was constantly interrupted by phone calls delaying our check-in process late at night. The first room had a horrible smell so we had to go through the long process to change rooms. After a long drive, anxious to get to sleep and didn’t complain about anything else. But however, I think they only changed the sheets twice a week as you could smell in the body out of somebody else from the previous night. It won’t be an hour list for next time and the spark chain. Maybe I’ll file this permanently.

The cleanliness was okay I was itchy the whole night I don't think the linen was clean staff was very nice the breakfast needed a little more offering of food the air conditioner was great it was a okay stay but I wouldn't stay there again
