Mold on the shower caulk. Cracked light fixture and peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Loose lampshade in bedroom.

Room was clean Location of hotel near family Bottled water Noon checkout Disliked: Breakfast- heavily processed foods, eggs and sausage tastes like rubber. It would go a long way if HI would use real eggs and sausage. Their breakfasts have and will again drive us to other hotels. Front Desk - I asked for 3 bottles of water. Staff member told me I could only have 2. Really! Pillows - stayed in a room with king bed. Pillows were twins and flat as a pancake. A simple amenity. Use king pillows for king bedrooms and different types of pillows (fluffy too) Only one working elevator - we were on top/8th floor.

Hampton Inn is always my go to hotel however I was disappointed with my overall stay. The breakfast was the most disappointing staff were not refreshing items leacing people waiting.

Hot breakfast, nice staff . During my four nights stay only one elevator was working used for both guests and for services There was strong cigarette smoking odor which make feel uncomfortable specially at night although I have booked non smoking room .
