Quality Inn Fairborn near Wright Patterson AFB

Easy check-in, room clean, staff friendly, breakfast as described, one night stay, would stay again.

The room was very clean - no issue there. The breakfast items were disgusting the second day we stayed. Eggs were cold and sausage looked terrible. Only 2 yogurts in frig and there was still over an hour left. Water wasn’t hot for tea. The area was clean but help was rarely available.

Our 2-night stay was fine. I got home and discovered a $100 additional charge on my card. I called the property. I was on hold for 8 minutes while she talked to another customer the whole time. I could hear the conversation. She gets on the phone with me and says she doesn't see the $100 charge. She states my card was declined. Then she states I trashed the room, stuff thrown all over. I was absolutely appalled. First, I see the $100 charge on my account, so my card obviously wasn't declined. Second, I absolutely did not trash the room. We barely were in it, we spent all day at the airforce museum and was in bed by 9p, and I bundled my used towels in the bathroom. I folded our bedsheets back up. We ate no food in the room, no items, no boxes, no sand, no dirty shoes, etc. I cannot understand what she meant by "trashed the room". She could not answer me or provide evidence of how i specifically trashed the room.

Very clean room and breakfast area. Quiet and very nearby to shopping and wright Patterson AFB. Enjoyed our stay.

We didn't even stay. Not nice. She wouldn't refund my money. Smelled like cigarettes, dirty carpet, windows had smudged finger prints. Couldn't bring myself to stay. To rough. I don't know how they operate run down motels like this. Again I received no refund and I didn't even stay!! Gross

The breakfast was just ok. We ran out of tissues in our room. There was only two left. But other than that our Stacy was fine. We would stay there again . It was a good value. Maybe check to make sure the tissues and soaps in the bathroom are full.

The property was fine! the hallways stunk, it definitely can use a little make over but overall it was fine!

Everything was good for the price. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast… no options, same menu everyday.

The beds were super hard and not comfortable at all.

The breakfast was okay I guess. The staff is so rude and unprofessional.
