Also, at what point will the channel guide you provide in every room match the actual TV stations you provide??? It is wild to me that those little TV guide placards are still in every room for this long. They are not even close to what stations you actual have. You have far less than that guide states, and none of the stations match. Just remove the placard/guide altogether. Lastly, you should definitely finish the investment of blackout curtains for EVERY room.

The bed was truly awful. I was in a single room with a kingsized bed. The bed was saggy and lumpy. There was a huge hump in the center. Around 2 am I gave up and tried switching sides, the other side of the bed was much better and I was able to get about four hours sleep. There was no overhead light in the main area -- just a floor lamp and and table lamps. All had to be switched on and off individually. Not terrible, but awkward. There was a note on a piece of wall art that mentioned there were nightlights, but there were none, making a night time bathroom trip difficult. The toilet was so low to the floor it was almost an asian squat toilet. I have never experienced a toilet so low and I've seen many style changes since the 60s/70s. While there was a rubberized tub mat to avoid slips and falls, there was no drying mat to step out onto. I used a towel. Thankfully there were multiple.

Clean room Nice location

It was disappointing to not have lotion in my room, and the shampoo, and conditioner, had separated in the shower holder.

Room was nice and clean.

Check in was the only thing I like about the property it was quick and easy. The lobby area was always crowded anytime day oy or night. They need more lobby space for people to wait for bus, taxi or shuttle. The room's bathroom had moldy smell. The tile in the bathroom walls had two different tones of color (white and beige) a really bad tile repair job. We were there for three nights and the bed sheets were never changed. We wondered if they were even changed before we arrived. Terrible bed it sank when you laid down, making it very difficult to get a good night's rest. On our last day the room was never cleaned. They only removed trash from trash cans, the wet towels were left on the floor, bed was not made, paper/plastic cups were not replenished neither were the towels. They did managed to pick up the tip left on the bed. When arrived back at the room on our last evening there we fund a bundle of towels laying in front of our room. Definitely not a $500.00 + dollar a night hotel regardless of season. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The desk person was friendly and professional. The property was well maintained in certain areas and definitely needs maintenance and repairs in others including the area our room was in.

It was a super pleasant stay, the rooms are very nice, comfortable bed, great food and close to restaurants and airport. I would recommend this place to stay.

Breakfast not available. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Beds are comfortable. Smoke detector and light fixture both need to be fully installed, not hanging by wires. Two chairs instead of one would be appropriate in the kitchenette.

There was a moldy smell in our room. The water was leaking behind the toilet. The bathroom and the whole property is very outdated!
