Quality Inn Evansville Eastland Area

This hotel could use an update or at a minimum a deep cleaning. Our tub was clean but chipped. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The bedding was clean enough but the bed itself was very uncomfortable. The walls in our room were in dire need of fresh paint or a good scrubbing. The ceiling was just as bad. The breakfast included sausage gravy, biscuits, bread for toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt & egg patties. The first morning they were out of a lot of things but the second morning there was someone keeping everything stocked. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Won’t be staying there again.

I didnt like that the food wasn't cooked very well. I also didn't like seeing the works hassal me about not smoking in the rooms when I went outside to smoke every time I smoked.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and the experience was unacceptable. 1. False advertising: The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was no heated pool on site. When asked staff they had turned the heat up to 97 degrees in the pool room and considered that a heated pool. The water itself was not heated and was unable. 2. Room maintenance: The shower did not drain. Water rose to my knees while showering and remained standing after. This is a sanitation and safety issue. 3. Cleanliness: Both beds had hair in the sheets upon check-in. The room was not properly cleaned between guests. 4. Customer services: I reported all three issues to management during my stay and received no response or resolution. It felt like their only concern was taking payment. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting advertised amenities to be available and clean. I am leaving a 0 rating because basic standards of cleanliness, honesty, and guest services were not met. Stayed: July 2026

Did not eat had bad experience last time I stayed there in May 2026 Bed felt like a feather bed, Water for shower was not very hot, hair dryer did not work. Was Charged $50.00 per night for my do. She was with us every time we left, was not destructive, did not bark, is house broken, entrance door did not have security lock, crack around door let large of light, personnel on duty did not speak clear English had to ask 2/3 times to understand. when I registered for the room, I informed person I was bring my dog, they said come on with her, no mention of cost per night, entrance door on east end of building did not close unless it was pushed or pulled hard. There is small ramp from walk to parking lot needs to have yellow paint and markings for danger, I almost fell myself using a cane. Wife was downstairs getting ice and the clerk we needed 22 more wash cloths, waited 1 hour, finally went down stairs and asked again clerk went and got them from storage room and gave them to her. Also, your baggage cart are not used friendly. Will not be staying there any more

It was clean and quiet. Some things just seemed a little outdated

Staff was great. Property was very clean. Rppms were very clean. Breakfast was ok. Not the best. Had biscuits, eggs gravy(watered down) yogurt -(only strawberries with banana [some people have allergies to strawberries or bananas) need different flavors.

It was cheap on spare of the moment. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Room was smelly. When ever we go and come out it smells weird in the room. Carpets were sticky. Pool wasn't that clean on the walls. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Emergency Back door was tied shut. Bathroom floor was dirty.

Everything was great! There just needs to be a sidewalk in the front and more parking.
