Property and rooms very clean. Close to airport

Room had mold in the bathroom and in the air conditioning unit. We had to leave and find a new hotel

The Value Inn was a reasonably priced motel and close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable, had a nice bed and hot showers. The manager was very helpful in directing us to a terrific Mexican restaurant and Coffee Shop.

I had a late flight into Eugene and dreading a late night check in, however, Bobby was fantastic! He was great at getting us checked in quickly. The rooms were clean and well maintained with coffee pot refrigerator, microwave, and extra room to stretch after a long flight. It is not modern like some of the hotels downtown but the bed was comfy and room was quiet. I'll definitely stay here again.

Location and value were good. Although the structure is old, its evident the owners have made improvements- no carpeting, it's clean, and the air conditioning works well. Finishing/caulking around bathtub show age of structure.

Polite host at check-in. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready. Asked housekeeping if she could work on my room before other rooms as I was attending a wedding in an hour. She got me into my ultra clean room in 15 minutes. I was very grateful.

Cute little place near the airport. Very clean. Nice staff. I like the lack of carpet - moving to wood floors seems much more cleanlily. Very limited space.

Location to airport. Policies not clear and I had to accept a financial parking charge that I had previously enquired about and tried to avoid with due diligence. It appeared to be a rapid decision by owner/manager even though I had emails which did not support sudden extra charge. At very least, better communication with clear terms before a guest arrives would be helpful.

The motel was located right where I needed it, close to the venue I was attending and within a quick jaunt to other attractions Eugene had to offer. The bed was comfortable and I slept great, which is unusual for me when I travel. The mini-refrigerator in the room was more capacious than other places I've stayed. A couple of little nitpicks. The toilet paper roll dispenser was in an awkward position. I would have liked it better on the wall opposite the toilet (under the light switch). The bathroom sink had a very slow drain. Any time I ran the faucet, the sink would fill up quickly.

There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room and we hardly got any sleep due to the same.

Management was good room. Room not what I'm used to .However I'm spoiled with time share. No dishes or utensils. Garbage can to small.

Lucky me! I paid $226 for an $88 room. Apparently there was an event at the U of O and all the motels raised their rates. Do your homework and stay somewhere out of the local area when there is an event at the U of O. The property is dated and needs a make over.

There was no breakfast! No maid service available despite a request maid placard put on the door. Only 10 minutes to the airport
