This hotel was so misleading in person compared to the website and Expedia. To begin our stay, the front desk lady ended up giving us room keys to which that room was filled already so we ended up walking into a room that was occupied unknowing. The bathroom had black mold all over, cracks and holes in the baseboard/walls, bathroom window didn’t lock or fully shut so it caused bugs to come in. Our bedsheets had bugs and there were stains. The floor made our feet black. The room was full of dust. There was an employee also vaping at the front desk. This hotel advised that they had ac which it’s actually just a tiny ac unit on the wall that doesn’t appear on any of the pictures. Not worth the price at all. Our expectations were not met.

Great stay seeing the elk in the morning on the road was awesome.

We used to love this hotel but it has let its self go. We walked into our room and the ac unit was a temporary one rigged up in our window that really wasn’t helpful at all. We would either be really hot or really cold. The shower curtains were moldy and there was a used bar of soap in our shower. I’m just disappointed to spend what we did to her this kind of experience. Honestly don’t write reviews very often but we will not be coming back.

Cute and convenient to downtown. Staff was helpful upon checking in.

The room was nice and and the pool was warm

Close to everything. was a clean room but needs some repairs on floor of the room we stayed in. Only had coffee in lobby until 8:30, otherwise a good place to stay. Pet friendly also.

Front office is beautiful but deceiving. Room was ok, but floor and sheets seemed to be dirty. Found hairs and a few stains on sheets. Floor seemed to not have been mopped in weeks. Pool was closed, which was a main reason we stayed. Parking was good, maybe not a full night... breakfast wasn't worth looking. We got there early and almost everything was in a container, and milk and juices were empty with no one in sight to request.

Just did not like the stay

Very welcoming. Clean rooms
-
Pool dirty with fences in common area, trash cans filled across entire property and never emptied during 4 day stay. Trash from room never emptied and toilet paper not stocked and empty tissue paper box. Bathroom floor blacked the floor towel and kids socks immediately turned black from dirty hard floors. On a positive note got to see our first Bear from their trash problem. Also very minimal breakfast. Only one chair for a family suite.

It is good play to stay for short time

Great spot and location for RMNP.
-
Conveniently located, grocery nearby, clean, comfortable. There was no ice section of the in room fridge so we couldn't freeze our reusable ice brick. Thr continental breakfast wasn't set up until after 7:30 and we wanted to get into the park early because of the timed entry requirement. 7:30 wasn't early enough for our tastes.

The rooms were spacious and the property was located close to everything in Estes .

I had a water leak in my room from an adjoining room. I was moved to another room on the 2nd level. Both rooms had improvements, but the property itself is old and it shows. Very convenient location to the town, and a place to sleep, that’s about all I can say about this hotel. Would look at other properties if ever in the area again.

The rooms were very nice, big and remodeled. Housekeeping terrible, never came. Four bags of trash not taken away, towels changed twice in 9 days. Hotel is promising, cleanliness zero.

This place looks nothing like the pictures. I is a rundown 1950s motel. Never again
