Only one elevator worked. Saw two cockroaches

Weird smell, weird crowd. I felt uneasy. I regret no spending an extra $15-20 to stay somewhere nicer

The staff were helpful, breakfast was better than expected, and our room was very nice.

Not clean

We spoke with the corporate office about our concerns our reference number is 13589689. Even though the price was reasonable we will not use this motel chain ever again!!

It had roaches

A pleasant surprise given the cost. The shuttle service was quick and operated frequently. I strongly recommend.

Room was hard to find. Staff not very helpful. They were busy with some kind of conference. Room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast was good, although dining area could do with a makeover.

Checked out after first night

Property is not maintained well, staff are okay. Cleanse is very poor, even though non smoking place, cigarette smells everywhere

Room was absolutely disgusting filled with stains everywhere, broken furniture broken bathroom mirror it honestly felt like a homeless shelter

The reception staff (a lady) is not very polite and does not want to say a single word (unless I ask) during check-in — not sure if it is because English is not her first language. Breakfast is quite simple but OK: one table is shaking, needs to be fixed. This hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is a great help. It also has huge parking areas. Given its low price, it is not a bad deal.

To be there is to understand

The place was run down and musty smelling but the front desk staff were nice. I was nervous to see the room but the bed was surprisingly clean and comfortable and the bathroom was decent but the AC in our room didn't work. There is a 24 hour airport shuttle which was appreciated as we unexpectedly had to spend the night after an 8 hour flight delay. Only 1 of the 3 elevators were running and even that one seemed like it would break down soon. It was fine for one night but could definitely use some upgrades.

Common areas were a little rough. Elevators were really rough. But our room was clean and comfortable.

The place is so old and filthy!!! Panels missing in the ceiling and wallpaper peeling off all over. Staff was a bit grumpy and the patrons were trashy. I didn’t feel safe staying there by myself but I didn’t have another place to stay. Would never stay there again!!!!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. This hotel is always clean and very comfortable, always.
