Towels were flimsy and rough, sometimes didn’t have hand towels or wash clothes. Toilet paper very cheap. Breakfast meager and always the same. Ice machine on our floor out of order for the entire ten days of our stay. We’ve stayed here three years in a row because it was convenient to our daughter’s home but not after this visit.

The carpets in hallways needs to be replaced very smelly. The towels very flimsy and only two for two people.

Overall the room was okay. The room had a musty smell, which we overcame with a scented plugin. My only other complaint would be that there were only 3 pillows per bed.

We stay here every time we come to Erie for the weekend. It’s located just 5 mns off of Peach street and right across the street from the casino. The breakfast in the morning is perfect and the staff have always been great too.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The eggs were fake. The potatoes were cold and the coffee was so weak. It was like drinking warm water most of the people in the breakfast area when I was there were complaining about the same thing. I’ve been going there for some time now and it is really changed the breakfast that is.

Clean. Quick check in. Excellent breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, OJ, yogurt, etc. Quiet and good night's sleep.

This was as expected. Clean place but a fair way out of Erie proper. Staff was nice.

The location was great. In the refrigerator was a partial cup of soda and the toilet paper had 3 squares on the roll and it was folded to a point. I had to go to the front desk to get more…

We have stayed here before with no issues The shower and bathroom floor had a very messy repair done. Everything worked well, it was just unprofessional. But what REALLY disappointed us was the horrible hot breakfast. Sausage gravy, ok. But only bread offered, no biscuits or bagels? Some weird white stuff, we found out later it was egg whites, tasteless. One choice for cereal. No fruit, yogurt, or pastries. It was not like this at other visits

Good location, staff friendly and helpful The bedspread had stains on it, the bathtub had the soap dish missing from the wall. The breakfast was less than decent.

The staff was EXTREMELY courteous and the room was great. Breakfast was good too. They accommodated my need to end the reservation early without any problems, even though Expedia gave me a problem.
