Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Tech Center

Clean room and welcoming check-in. There were cosmetic maintenence issues in the bathroom, such as slow draining sink and cracks along bathtub. We had hoped for an evening swim and were disappointed to find the pool closed at 8pm when I'm accustomed to later hours elsewhere. At one point my husband went to the office asking a grocery item, hoping to avoid a run to the store, but there was no staff to be find to assist. At 1am the first night there was a very loud group of people for 15ish minutes, likely inebriated. Less than 5 minutes walk to Fiddler's Green. Overall though, we had a very nice stay.

Tina was working the front desk when we arrived. I was already worried about our stay because I had booked a suite since we were traveling with our daughter and handicapped grandchild. I didn’t realize that there was no elevator and that all suites were on the second floor. I figured we would just have to carry our 15 year old grandson up to the second floor. Tina understood our dilemma and put us in two studios on the first floor and one was a handicapped room for my daughter and her son. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me and my family. Not only was I blown away by her kindness but the rooms were excellent, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend Residence Inn by Marriott not only for the rooms and pool but their care and concern for our needs.

The size and location were great. The very old sliding door going to no where was not sound proof at all.

Rooms felt old and dingy. Why hotels still think carpet is a good idea is beyond me. Gross walking on carpet that looked like it was decades old.

First time staying here and for two nights. Clean room and plenty of space. The kitchen came in handy for meals and drinks. Parking was easy and well-lit. Stayed for a concert at Fiddlers, easy walk to venue.

Very dated. Would definitely benefit from some TLC. Breakfast was not great, but adequate. The room was clean and the staff was great. Perfect place to stay if attending a concert at Fiddler's Green. Only a 5 min walk to the venue.

Bed was super comfy, and the kitchen and dishes were very convenient, and the breakfast had many hot and cold options. Also late checkout at noon cane standard! The location was the key factor for booking, so amazingly close for a show at Fiddlers Green - and food spots afterwards! We would book again for future events.

The gal who checked us in was very helpful right off the bat! And so nice! The grounds were beautifully maintained. The room was so nice, clean and spacious. Overall very quiet area.

Wonderful stay for Fiddler's Green concerts!

Nice, comfortable room with good accomodations and very close the Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre.

Property is definitely showing signs of age and poor upkeep. Staff was great though.

Staff was very polite and welcoming. The unit was clean and more than we needed. The location was ideal, very near to Fiddlers on the Green, which is where we were going to see a concert. The price was phenomenal considering what we got for the money. Definitely recommended!

Great location to Fidler Green. Property was clean and maintained well.

My room was not ready at 4pm which is the check in time. We had to wait until a little after 5pm to get in our room. Our friends room was not ready until 630pm. Maybe checkout should be earlier so house keeping is able to keep up and have rooms ready by 4pm which is the checking time.
