Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Elkhart

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. A/C was difficult to keep regulated but overall room was good. Breakfast area was not maintained well. Very few options.

Great value for your dollar and the room was clean.

I buy my own bagels and coffee… I had to talk with the lady at the front desk so I did t get charged for working in my room AND eating my breakfast.

Monday morning did not have any hot water. Other then that the hotel was fine

We just needed a overnight stay for a travel through!! It was perfect. Clean and quiet.

Nice 1nite stay, convenient, food options near by.

The breakfast was lacking bread for toast, no fruit.

Great staff, clean rooms, always my go to place to stay when visiting family in Elkhart.

Excellent price, great location; would stay again at Microtel in Elkhart!!

Location is great- near grocery stores and many places to eat.

Toilet was missing the chain to attach the flush handle to the other parts. Faucet in kitchenet area did not work. Bed was fine and air worked fine. There were no plugs at head of bed to hook cpap machines to. Staff was great.

But PLEASE change or at least shampoo the carpeting. It was gross.

The rooms were clean. the air-conditioning iffy on blowing out cold air. But it was definitely the two elderly lady's that made me realize I need to research a hotel before reserving a week. I watch these to act like children antagonizing a gest making jokes on his looks and proceeded to call his room and hang up laughing about it when he came out to talk about it calmly the first time they said how's it feel to have an alarm going off when he was trying to sleep. They explained further saying that his alarm was going off all night he said he didnt have an alarm clock and they had no alarms on he offered to so nanny came footage to prove it they continuous berated and told him to leave if he didnt like it he asked to speak to the owner and they said no they weren't calling him. I went to my room came back out to get a drink out of the vending machine. For one of the elderly lady's to point me out telling another guest that I witnessed him verbally attack her...... later the guy housekeeper said these lady's do this all the time and the owner dose nothing because they have worked here longer than he's owned the place. Moral of the story come here knowing you run the risk of being part of these twos childish games..... The owner's brother also owns motel 6 right next door i dont know if this is a reflection of how they run that hotel also. And im at breakfast again and watching this elderly lady poke insults at people again 2nd day in a row

Nothing fancy, but a decent, comfortable, roadside hotel. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

I’ve stated here a number of times. Definitely disappointed this time. Shower was not cleaned between guests. Found pubic hair in shower, very visible. Yucky stuff on the wall. Then in the morning at 9:30 am the staff tried coming into my room! I had that extra lock on and she tried pushing over and over. NO knock, NO announcing ‘housekeeping!’ No apology until I opened the door! WTH!!

Bed was in terrible shape.
