The room was very nice. We were traveling and got in after midnight, were only staying for 7 hours but still got charged full price. The clerk was unpleasant.

The customer service is horrible. The guy at the desk was not helpful and rude. If I were to go back to the area I would stay somewhere else.

From the checkin until we left everything was perfect. The rooms were quite large and very clean. We loved the bathroom toiletries already available for use. It is near many close stores within a short drive. The price was perfect for a one night stay

We booked this place partially because it had a laundry facility. By that they mean there is one washer and one dryer for $159 rooms. Since we wouldn't be able to do our laundry, Expedia was able to cancel our reservation. This place is super creepy, looks like a converted prison. Weirdest place I've been to

We needed to cancel our stay and understood that the first night was too late. No biggie! Bit the second night was not addressed by the hotel or Expedia! Constant runaround from the staff ant the hotel as well as Expedia! I wouldn’t recommend either! EVER!!
