AC Hotel by Marriott Los Angeles South Bay

I spoke too Connor in front desk, very nice guy who helped me check in very understanding and helpful. I also spoke too general manager Andrew who helped us out as well, positive attitude and awesome guy.

The people were nice enough. The parking is a bit expensive. There is some street parking but it says 3 hour limit. Keep in mind that El Segundo is a ghost town over the weekend. Most nearby restaurants close the onsite restaurants are ok. Mostly lounges with OK food. They did not clean our room the first night so I am not sure if you need to make that clear when you check in. It was not mentioned by the staff when we checked in.

I was Charged for a day that I didn’t even use ( the 1st day ) plane issues . And the second day I arrived the power was out All Day . And was still charged for that Day . I am not very pleased to say the Least

Exceptional front desk staff.

We’ve stayed twice now and the rooms are big and we love the bar & food. Service is always great too.

Front desk staff were friendly The rooms were not cleaned very well especially the bathroom

the location is good, is very close to the freeway. The inside of the hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice, and my family were comfortable in the hotel, love that it had flooring and not carpet the bathroom sliding door, it would get stuck every time we wanted to close it. also there was a lot of spider webs on the outside window so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time due to my fear of spiders., the mattress is also not comfortable at all, woke up with a backache

Didn’t clean the room every day even when after requested and tell front desk, only cleaned twice out of 5 nights staying

The property was very nice and clean, however; there was a funny smell on the 3rd floor as if someone used dirty towels or a dirty mop to clean, but our room was immaculate and smelled good.

Though we expect our towels used for 2 nights in a row, no one came to make beds or refill some amenities for coffee or disposable cups.

I just wish there was a microwave in the room
