The hotel was nice overall, but one major issue was the hot water. It took an extremely long time to get warm, which was frustrating, especially when trying to shower after a long day. Hopefully, the hotel can address this issue, as reliable hot water is an important part of a comfortable stay.

Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of downtown El Paso. Across the board fantastic.

Breakfast was disappointing. I was served fruit, yogurt and granola in a plastic cup. I received a bowl when I asked for one. I answered about breakfast. The room was not dark and when someone got up for the bathroom, we were up for the day... too early for me.

The Stanton House was excellent. It was quiet with great service. Excellent restaurant and fantastic bar area. Great location downtown. Room was very clean. The whole place is modern with a museum type of feel

Classy and comfy hotel that is perfect for a romantic rendezvous or if you want some time on your own. The restaurant downstairs is outstanding, and the staff members make you feel at home. Can’t wait to go back to check out their spa:)

Had to cancel the trip, but didn't receive a refund even though I gave 24-hours+ notice.

Love the hotel I have stayed multiple times and always have a good experience. However recently I had just returned from a morning run and was checking in and noticed I put the wrong date while fixing this the front desk associate stated “you know there are cheaper hotels in the area”. I really was surprised he said that especially since I do stay frequently. This is the only time I’ve ever had an issue however it will definitely take some thinking if I will return to the hotel.
