very warm staff , they allowed an early check in at no additional fee , good breakfast spread, very clean hotel The abscence of hotel porter(s) / bellman - had to push luggage cart up and down the 4th floor at check in and check out

Very clean but furniture in sleeping room had a lot of nicks -- looked worn. A la carte breakfast (not expensive buffet) was mediocre, latte was bad.
