Slippery tub may not be good for people unsteady on their feet. No closet. Many shelves and hooks. Breakfast ample. Front desk staff very friendly.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good just wish there was a hot food option like waffles or something.

Hotel was clean and breakfast good, but nothing unusual.

Our toilet clogged, staff told us that the plumber wouldn't be in until the next day and that they didn't have another room for us so we had a room with no usable toilet during our stay. Unacceptable!

Bathroom door was incredibly squeaky. My wife fixed it with some type of oil she had. The maids could have easily reported it and had maintenance fix it. Shower was good, liquid soaps & shampoo were good. Not worth the price.

Room was pretty spacious we got the king size bed with pull out bed. Staff was friendly too and the hall smells like new.

Cheap, comfortable, recently updated, 15 mins from msp airport.

Room was very wet/moist and air w very he y. Looked like mold was forming on the ceiling. Shower shampoo and conditioner was empty. Body wash bottle was missing from the shower.

The hot water took about 10 minutes to arrive at the shower, when it was nearly immediate last week. Real inconsistences.

The hotel was clean and newly furnished/decorated. The staff were outstanding. I highly recommend the Spark.

The hotel was comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast. The disappointing feature was the amount of time the front desk person spent on the phone while two customers waited.

The room was clean and well maintained. When I walked into the room the TV had a welcome message on it with my name on it. It had a shower with a clear glass door. The room came with a breakfast, however it was only the typical continental breakfast. The parking lot was well lit, and clean. When ordering door dash it brings up best western for the address, but you do have the option to select the address individually instead. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In all this was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.
