Hip, unique, friendly!

Really cool artwork, bar, cafe and restaurant!
-
Great location. Really good hotel restaurant.
-
Very clean and friendly!

I had several relatively minor problems which I reported to reception and they assured me that they would be taken care of these. However, it never happened. Also, room was never cleaned during my two day stay.
-
It was a very nice place to stay, I would stay there again,

I've stayed at The Lismore multiple times. Each time the rooms have been incredibly comfortable, the staff has been warm and helpful, and the hotel has in general been wonderful. I'll add that ECDC and The Informalist (respectively the coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel) are both excellent.

Everything there looks good for me

We have stayed here before, nice location.

Clean and very friendly staff. The rooftop bar was overrun with spiders.

The breakfast was OK. The Dive bar was nice with very good service. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was OK. The lobby bathrooms were terrible. Dirty and not working properly. We were delayed numerous time getting in to our room. We were not even able to check in by 4:00 PM. and finally said to just hold our room and we would be back later. We asked for complimentary water in our room and were told No, that I did not have enough reward sand commented on who I booked through. I travel frequently and have not stayed in a hotel without complimentary water for years ! It is inexcusable that we could not check in by 4:00 PM. The 2 different staff we encountered trying to check in did not seen knowledgeable in their jobs. Their personalities did not match with what a company should want for a customers first impression.

Very nice place to stay in Eau Claire - super friendly staff (offered fresh cookies!) and convenient parking in nearby garage. Cafe next door for breakfast options (not included) but convenient. Beautiful common area with tables and a nice fireplace. Fridge in room and odd microwave just sitting on a table by the ice machine, but it worked for our own breakfast in the morning. Great location of course!

Desk staff was very friendly.

Staff was very accommodating for the early check-in, that we needed. It was in a great location, and we were able to walk to the Pablo Center.
-
The room itself was okay; a little tired (chipped cabinets, broken shower dispenser, some carpet stains, peeling wallpaper). Very firm mattress, very soft pillows. We were also missing a fridge but that was promptly resolved by the front desk. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Lismore is clean, overall, with bathrooms that are immaculate, but the hotel itself has areas where it's showing it's age. The concrete lobby area and adjacent garage feel older, cold and less inviting. The Informalist bar and restaurant and The Dive bar upstairs (with additional outdoor seating) are nice, though, with good food & drinks.

The staff was excellent and all of the restaurant options on site were great as well

Property was a bit dated and lighting in rooms was insufficient. Staff was nice. Coffee place was nice and had good coffee
