Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. First time at a spark hotel. Prefer tru hotel for a hilton mid level
-
Room smell muggy and when ask for help from staff no assistance was provided. Ask for bedroom sheets to be change and we had to do it ourself. Furniture was missing from room, light fixture not working
-
Dirty doors with people in them were open. Blaring tv People blaring their tv

About the only positive is that it is conveniently near the interstate. They lost my reservation (or weren’t set up to receive it from Booking) and didn’t offer to help. They just said to call Booking. Our room door barely latched; we had to lean on it. There was no body wash, and the canisters fell off the wall in my hands. The breakfast had no hot food, and the juice dispenser didn’t work. There is no way I would stay there again. I’m stunned that Hilton attaches their name to this property.

Front desk people were awesome.

The front desk employee that night, Patricia (I believe), was entirely rude and completely unhelpful. We had a reservation, she ran the night audit too early and claimed they were fully booked and they did not have a room for us despite the reservation. Had she known how to do her job at all, she would have realized that she was looking at the next night's bookings and not the night we arrived, which would have had our room available. The GM of the property was helpful in getting us a refund, hopefully he has luck with restaffing the property. Until then, I do not recommend staying here.

Cheryl, Sandrese and Manager, Jeremy were great! Old building with issues...but livable and everything new in the rooms, and around the hotel. Good location to all.

Used soap was left I. The shower upon our arrival. We were greeted with an old bannana peel and garbage outside our door crushed crumbs into the carpet. Spoke with a staff member whom apologized picked up the garbage and left the crumbs crushed into the carpet. At the front desk to inquire about the nearest Walmart-she did not know, no worries will use GPS. While at front desk an employee comes to shake out the front carpet and dust flies. How incompetent. Standing in disbelief they begin to discuss the color of the carpet the preference being blue because it doesn’t have to be cleaned as often as the green. As a Hilton this was the worst experience.

In regards to making everyone welcome as well as explaining services and amenities. Very dry-to say the least. Television was not working, Did not care for the USED Lotion, Hand Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner. Ugh- gross! Not to mention finding someone’s hair on one of the towels. Might be best to just do without. Greatful my family brought everything we needed. The room was clean and the bed slept well. Unable to reach front desk in the evening and even the next day for help.

Older hotel. Recently remodeled. Not many amenities. Easily accessible from high way. Safe

Clean, modern and convenient location .
-
Free parking , breakfast is very basic. Rooms are okay. You pay for what you get.

The lady checking me in might have said two words to me the whole time, kinda awkward. The room was okay. The tub had hair in it which grosses me out. I would say the worst part was the tub didn’t drain so while you were showering you were standing in water. Also, the soap dispenser was broken off the wall and missing and the shampoo bottle was broken off the shower and sitting on the edge of the tub. Just kind of poor upkeep of the room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This place just got over switched over to a Hilton Spark, so there are a few details that still show, like tags are still on the new beds and there’s some sawdust around from the drywalling and painting. But honestly, those are “good problems to have“. Overall, the place is very clean, with all new furniture and fixtures. Good solid breakfast and pleasant staff. I would stay here again.
