Beautiful place I had a great time with my family

Excellent Family Stay – Spacious Villas, Great Amenities, and Outstanding Service!We had an excellent family vacation at the Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resorts! We traveled as a family of four—including my spouse, my mom, and our 7-year-old son—and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The setup of the 2-bedroom villa is absolutely perfect. It is incredibly spacious and situated in a wonderful, quiet location. My husband loved the layout of the downstairs room, which felt very private and came equipped with a large walk-in closet, a full bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a handy sofa bed. It was also incredibly convenient having an additional bathroom upstairs as well as a half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen had a great variety of cookware and utensils.The amenities here are fantastic for all generations. My mom loved relaxing in the hot tub/spa, while my son had a blast switching between the swimming pools and the arcade, and even got a chance to run around and play on the playground. One of our absolute favorite features was the convenient trolley shuttle service. Our driver, Ed, was amazing! He arrived quickly whenever we called and was exceptionally professional. My son took such a liking to him that he wanted to take Ed all around the location with us!To top it all off, both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The resort's location is highly convenient, with a great variety of supermarkets/grocery stores close by. Highly recommend

Nice area Activites close at 5pm, not ideal for couples trying to do something in the evening. Also the walls of the villa are paper thin, my boyfriend and I could hear our neighbors conversation like they were in the room with us. No privacy. Also dissapointed that we couldnt watch any streaming apps on the tv due to it not being a smart tv. Also there was water damage near the shower on the wall.

/town house. However, what we got was a cramped basement efficiency. The outside of the property smelled like nothing but goose poop, I know there's not a lot that can be done about this but it was still a big turn off. The exterior railings were rusted, the gutters were falling off the building, and they were cobwebs everywhere on the exterior. Inside was stale and moist, I wouldn't call them air conditioners they were air coolers but it had a fishy smell and was damp. Would not recommend staying here. Additionally, the person checking us in charged over $200 more than what the taxes and fees were supposed to be, thankfully I caught it pretty quick and got it fixed before we left the property. Also, really think about what you're going there for, the restaurants nearby are not good and are overpriced and there really is no attractions anywhere close.

We had a great stay with our family. The villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and having a full kitchen was very convenient. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and we really enjoyed the pools and the beautiful surroundings. The location was also great for visiting nearby attractions like Bushkill Falls. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely consider coming back!

The room was clean but a couple of this are a little outdated . It’s a resort but you have to pay for the extra amenities only thing free is the pool . The sauna in our room always needed to be reset and the door for the balcony was broken

Check in was at 4pm. Villa wasn't ready for another hour...Other guests had the same issue. Overall, we had a pleasant stay....

Fueron unas vacaciones familiares, la casa grande con casi todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar varios dias, como sugerencia agregar mas utensilios para cocinar digase calderos u ollas y cucharones, si es una reservacion grande poner toallas suficientes, tambien una de las habitaciones no tenia cortina y el sol daba en la cara tener eso pendiente. Despues todo estaba bien, el lugar es amplio con varias piscinas, y los empleados amables.

It’ll be nicer if we had a little bigger luggage storage.

Staff was great at check in: 3 bedroom was huge. Kitchen was stock and parking was good.

No issues at the Current time was very satisfied with our stay
