Resort at Eagle Point

Huge appreciation for the staff at this lovely resort, who went out of their way to help after I accidentally left my car key overnight in the restaurant on site. The gentleman running the golf shop was extremely kind and understanding and made it his mission to track down the key the next morning, saving our day at Crater Lake NP. Great stay and super value overall with comfy beds, huge, well-appointed bathroom, and nice outdoor space. (The food and service in the restaurant were top-notch.) Only thing that could have made it better would be a pool, since we happened to be there on a 97-degree day. Definitely would stay again.

Gorgeous property. Great views. Great location for Crater Lake. We had trouble checking in. Took 2 phone calls & a bit of stress. Our rooms were serviced but the beds not made. Strange.

very nice room next to a beautiful golf course There were no directions or instructions on where the unit was located - many buildings on the property and we had no idea where to go. There were also issue with the electronic door lock - the code didn't work on the lock. We had to use the emergency lockbox fob every time entering the unit.

Beautiful property and unit. My reason for a Good rating, rather than an Excellent rating, was that both afternoons (after 4:00) the code given to me didnt work. Not fun trying to get into your unit in 100 degree heat. But, I was able to get assistance through a phone call each time (took a while the 2nd night!) from very nice staff people.

Very quiet and impressive. Restaurant and golf course were steps away and food was good. We arrived after hours and had not received a passcode, but one phone and we had received it before we finished dinner.
