I requested some service to Front Desk people but it was ignored.

Welcoming for UNC students, 24/7 access to unlimited soda, coffee, water and tea a plus, also evening snacks was a bonus for us since we were busy in and out, this will probably be our home hotel for future visits.

Very clean . Breakfast was good. Parking is easy . Hotel lobby area is lively with some activity or the other going on . This is my second stay in 3 months .

It was a clean and recently renovated property overall. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, and it was very quiet. Everything you need.

The AC was too loud, couldn't sleep. The breakfast is not free. But every other thing is nice

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. We had an issue later in the evening and it was efficiently handled, we were given a new room and complimentary breakfast the next morning for the inconvenience. So thoughtful! Quiet. Clean. Beautiful interior design especially the lobby area.

Friendly staff. The room was very hot, and instead of switching us to another room, they sent maintenance while we were in it (it felt uncomfortable). After 30 minutes, we were still in a hot room. Went down to the lobby a second time to discuss the issue and finally got another room that was not really comperable to the pne I had paid for for.
