Room was clean with a nice bed, we slept very well. Staff was wonderful. Pool and whirlpool were very nice!

Right downtown, close to everything. Friendly staff, clean rooms and easy access to parking garage. Have stayed here before and will definitely make this our go to place when staying in Duluth.

Oversized vehicles will not fit in their parking ramp. Very limited space for alternative parking.

Room was nice but nice for the amount I paid. Hallways need painted. Room was very hot but the common areas were freezing. Stuff was great! I would not stay again.

DOORS DONT LOCK!!!! Had to be moved 4 times.

Good location I have stayed here at least four times before over the last 10 years. The properties starting to look a little aged.

The staff was remarkable. I went to the front desk to ask for help with an AC issue, and maintenance beat me back to my room! The 8th floor pool where the hot tub was ice cold.
