It was a not so good experience, they have roaches and the WiFi doesn’t work and they don’t have anything on the tv to watch just the same things over and over again , the key kept messing up aswell

This WAS a Hyatt property that has managed to retain some of that refinement, however they have not been able to upkeep it as necessary, putting it into almost dingy, ghost like version of its past self. That being said, overall fine / fair value.

Mannnn it was horrible people smokin right outside the room I get it’s in the ghetto but man I spent almost three hundred dollars for the room to b nasty I had to switch rooms maybe 3 times they really need to fix this place up a lot more

This hotel is very dirty there were stains all over the sofa and the bed. Then when I asked for a refund I was told to go through Expedia then when Expedia called them the receptionist said the supervisor wasn’t there so she couldn’t do anything. She then called the supervisor after I insisted and gave me the refund. This place is not clean and horrible service.

The sink was clogged, and the bathroom was very small, tight, and outdated. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price and the fact that it was advertised as a suite for six guests. The property is in serious need of updating and better maintenance.

Location The smoke smell in the room.

The location The room smelled like smoke even though it was no smoking signage by the door. There were all kind of red spots on the floor. When I took a shower the water was backing up in the tub. The entire room was old and didn't smell good.

Nothing stain in the carpet, the sofa and walls. They didn't have any breakfast and I paid for including and they had police raid the hotel. Illegal activity is in this hotel
