Traffic noise was terrible, very hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also the hotel overcharged me, which meant I had to spend time on the phone with them after I got home to get it straightened out. Overall, a less than ideal experience.

The reason I had to give 1 star review is because I was forced into a different property that was not not as nice and I went from a one bedroom suite to a standard room with two beds. Not what I paid for and overpaid for what I received.

I had to pay $15 /night to park my car. That is a first for me. The tissue holder was almost empty when we arrived. They did serve a good breakfast. Because of the parking I will avoid this hotel in the future.

As a professional business, you should absolutely have a backup system/way of checking in customers even when the system is down. For a hospitality business, this was NOT hospitable at all!

Overall it was a nice experience , the pull out couch was the only uncomfortable part due to it being so thin. But we enjoyed ourselves and stay.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating; however the convenience store was practically empty. I was there for 5 days, and they never got a restock. This is unacceptable, and the GM has to do better. At this point, this need a major renovation from top to bottom in order for me to return.

This hotel was beautiful. We had completely drinks and they had dinner snacks. The staff was very accommodating for our large family and we had a great time.

I love the hotel, but need a little more cleaning of the pool and the staff should be a little bit more courteous.
