They charged my card 2 times. Best Western and Booking Did. It’s not right. Never using Booking. Com Ever again. I’m going to tell everyone not to ever Use Booking.com They are horrible!!

For being so close to the freeway, especially with so much construction going on it was surprisingly quiet! Check in was easy and I appreciated the gentleman checking me that he did not annouce my room number to the lobby (always a concern as a woman). The room was nice big and had plenty of towels toiletries. My only complaint is the bed frame has a metal base and I would kick it getting into and out of bed plus it made lots of noise as you moved on the bed, probably annoying for the rooms around/under me.

Nothing To star I got the key to a wrong room , I opened a room with other people inside, very uncomfortable, and the main reason I left early was the room smell bad and the air conditioning unit was leaking water that is potential for bad air thru the vents this is definitely unhealthy and I believe the main reason for bad smell inside the room.
