Convenient location. The bed and the pillows were terrible. The mattress is worn out and the pillows were all flat. Did not I was very impressed by Carl for his help ! We have stayed here in the past with no issues. Maybe needs some updating?

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It had all the amenities you'd expect for the price point. It's close to the highway, but wasn't noisy.

Housekeeping did an incomplete service. The breakfast runs short on food and juice drinks, coffee runs out. The orange juice cups are frozen like hockey pucks.

There was human feces still in the toilet when we arrived. The room was not very clean. We did not eat breakfast; it looked average to a little less than average. The staff was going to call about the toilet issue, but never did.

TV didn’t work and no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom.

The pool & hot tub were closed. They invited you to use another hotel, but that hot tub was closed and the pool didn’t look very good.
