It was an amazing stay enjoy the scenery and it was very comfortable

Fabulous house, sets you back in time, what a great experience.

Con: Carpet in our room was worn out. I am sure it is cleaned but felt dirty. The furniture in our room was not in a good shape. I felt my head was lower than my feet because the bed was not straight anymore. NO coffee machine in the room. Tv remote for a tiny tv was sticky.

The house we stayed at was gorgeous, spacious , with good parking and excellent location near the museums and restaurant. Very historic.

Great location. Easy parking. Charming but light on the amenities. Wasn’t even a drinking glass in the room. I would stay again.

Gorgeous Victorian buildings. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was there were inconsistencies about breakfast. One place said mornings another said only weekends and it is only pastries. Love there is parking on site. Close to the QLine so no need to drive downtown. Wayne State is literally across the street.

Super friendly easy going staff that are quick to help. The inn is an affordable, clean, quaint stay in a convenient location for the Q line and sightseeing across the city. 10/10 recommend

The building we were in was secure and very clean. We liked the fact there was parking on property and off the side street. The air conditioning was working well for the middle of the hot summer. If I had any complaint at all it would be disappointment with the breakfast. The write up in Experian said it was a full breakfast but it was only fruit (apples & oranges) and pastries. It was OK but not what we were expecting.

Beautiful building with so much character! We loved the setting and the staff was amazing at helping us find local stores and restaurants.

We called ahead as requested to let the Inn know we would arrive after 9pm. The first call rang for about 3 minutes before someone answered, only to immediately hang up. We called back and eventually notified the staff. Upon arrival, we rang the doorbell twice and, despite there being a Ring camera, had to call before a drowsy desk clerk finally greeted us.Our room had several issues. The AC was not cooling, and when I called the front desk, I was told nothing could be done until maintenance arrived at 8am. I requested a fan and was hung up on. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk myself before someone addressed the issue. Thankfully, the daytime clerk immediately sent maintenance, and the technician was polite, helpful, and brought us a fan.During our two-night stay, our room was not serviced and we received no fresh towels. There was no mini fridge, the toilet did not flush properly, and the bathroom mirror actually fell onto my friend while she was getting ready for our concert. The bed also squeaked with the slightest movement, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because of the helpful daytime clerk and maintenance technician, who genuinely went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable.

Beautiful place definitely needs some patchwork because there’s hole where ceiling lights used to be otherwise a nice place to stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Beautifully updated old building. We were on the 3rd floor in the summer and were super comfortable with the temperature.

Parking was great and a clean room with a comfortable bed was all we needed!

We had a wonderful stay! It's a beautiful spot, and we especially loved the courtyard area for eating breakfast and lounging. The only downside was that our room didn't have a mini fridge, but that was something I should have considered ahead of time. I especially loved all of the gorgeous Victorian architecture!

We loved the stay at The Inn. The location was prime for everywhere we wanted to go. The room we stayed it was good but next time we’ll get a bigger room for us. Hotel parking was easy. Every single person we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We will be back next time we’re in Detroit.
