Goid elevators ate weirdly timed

The staff were super helpful and friendly! The ADA accessible room was very nice and the accommodations were great for my partner. Would stay here again!

Great price for the location. Went to a quick concert, so was close, and we had no need for a pool.

Excellent location, walkable to just about everything downtown including Coors Field. Staff was great!

Garage parking filled up fast. My family and I had to park streets away. We’re not familiar with the area-walking around the street with our bags wasn’t fun. My room key kept going out also. It was a hassle because the room key is used to select a floor on the elevator & to get into the building. Road construction didn’t help also.

It was a good experience

Very clean room, sheets and towels. Breakfast was very good. And front desk was very professional and helpful. They also have a little store with items, food, drinks and anything you may need if you forget something at home. Highly recommend.

20 minutes walk to Coors Field and LoDo. Large and well equipped fitness center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

I booked this hotel via Expedia 7 months in advance. It was prepaid entirely before the stay. Upon check in, we were informed that all rooms in Tru were already sold and we would be "walked over" to Homes2 instead. Although they were very apologetic and did make alternative arrangements for our stay, a prepaid room should never under any circumstance be resold. Disgusting practice. Very disappointed in the property and the brand.

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and nice. The mini fridge has a clear door and a bright light. Meaning if you wanted to use it at night to save leftovers you had the light on all night making it impossible to sleep.

It was a great hotel with a lot of amenities. Be sure you have a good amount of time in the morning to get breakfast because it gets very busy and lines can take a bit. But overall it was a great 3 day stay in Denver!

I don't think having your hotel key inside the light slot to keep the lights on. I understand the key card to get inside the elevator but not to keep the lights on.

The staff was amazing and the room was clean! Super close to 16th street🙂
