Amazing location, close to everything. Lovely 'extras' like free ice cream across the way. The room was very well maintained and so unique. Only thing was that there was only one tiny window, my assumption had been that we would have been able to see into the train station. Anyway, a very good experience.

The hotel was cool but I think it is definitely over rated. The AC in our room didn’t seem to work and was hot and when we checked in our room, there was trash left in from either the previous guest or house keeping. They said they would send someone to clean it but no one ever came. The hotel does offer free Lyfts around town which was super nice and helpful. If it weren’t for the free rides around town, I would have been very upset and thought the hotel was a waste of money based on our experience. The location was nice but you can hear bells ringing all day and night because it is obviously in the train station. But I would not come back to this hotel and it’s definitely not worth the price.

Room was large and nicely furnished with a beautiful high ceiling. The union station location is great with lots of restaurants and bars. And so convenient for catching the train to the airport!

Their staff is friendly and competent, taking care of all travelers' needs. Anything they can't handle they have security staff to lend a hand.

Staff was superb. The only thing I would ever change would be the amenity availability. Having those be at specific times really makes it difficult to make use at your own leisure/convenience.

Nice boutique hotel, very clean, rooms very well set up. Amazing staff, a lil busy downstairs considering it’s a train station down stairs but u don’t hear any of the noise in ur room. The only issue I had was the in-room dining, I ordered breakfast and I received it in a to go bag with plastic folks and knives like some uber eat delivery. Hotel management needs to change that asap, that wasn’t very nice.
