Sleep Inn & Suites Denver International Airport

Rooms were clean and upgraded— carpet in hallways was very poor and worn —- hallways had a moldy smell.

Friendly staff and good breakfast with also a pleasant breakfast staff member.

Th shuttle driver and th breakfast lady were PERFECTO! 😎🙏

Clean room,didn’t care to pay $11 to park in an open lot

Really clean and comfortable beds and efficient check in. Upon entering about 5 people were smoking on the outside bench and the potential weed smell was coming in the lobby. The people on the bench watch you come out of the shuttle and the smoke can not be avoided

The refrigerator made a noise like it was making coffee all the time - annoying at night. No towel racks in the bathroom.

Very clean only thing we did not like was we had to pay to park.

Breakfast was great in the airport. Shuttle was great. Rooms were clean and breakfast had a lot of options!

The physical properties were ok. When I arrived two panhandlers were outside of the hotel door asking for money for “something to eat” while they were smoking. The biggest concern was at check in. Two people were at the front desk. When I arrived one was arguing with two unhappy customers while the other just set and was “working” on the check in computer and wouldn’t look up. The young lady that was supposed to be checking people in, so they could go to their room, continued to ague with the two unhappy people while the line backed up to register. After 20 minutes or so she left the front desks and her coworker finally looked up and ask”can I help you?” No apologies for the delay. The young lady was terrible. Not sure if was lack of training or just didn’t care about customers. The breakfast the next morning was fine.
