Avoid this place. The online pictures make it look so much better than it is. There were junkies in the parking lot, the light switch in the room didn't work and the place was dirty. When I sat on the bed the springs creaked and it was uneven. I went right back to the front desk and demanded my money back. It took a week to get it.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. Upon arrival there was drug paraphernalia, trash, dirty diapers, and stagnant water on the way to the room. When we got in our NON smoking room, there was Marijuana "roaches", stains, my daughter whom has a few health conditions (our visit was for the children's hospital) could not breathe from the smoke smell in the room. The sheets and beds were filthy. The bathroom wasn't even mopped before we got there. The locks on our door were broken. We immediately left and asked for a refund. They offered to just get us another room, but there is no way we were staying. I am not big on leaving bad reviews, but I highly advise anyone with children to avoid this place.

The photos that you see online are not what you get at all. The lock was broke, outlets not working fully, the light switch was broken on the lamps on the walls, there was holes in the walls and pieces of equipment that had been removed.

Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very helpful. The bad experience came from the cleaning staff. While regular checkout time is 11am, we were given an extra hour as we had a late checkout for a severely delayed flight and we had 3 kids. The first cleaning lady gave me an attitude when I explained to her that we were being given an extra hour. She got defensive, arumentative, and then gave me a dirty look before leaving. Then at 11:52am I had another lady come banging at our door aggressivley. I explained the same thing and she tried to rush me out told me it's almost 12pm. I explained that we were in the middle of getting ready to make sure we leave on time. I have never had such a frustrating experience with the cleaning staff before.

Carpet felt nasty and not clean also room had cock roaches

Nothing. It was dirty and the room had cockroaches crawling around and even in the refrigerator. The carpets were so dirty and nasty that my shoes stuck to the carpet I've never been so disgusted before.

Nothing at all. This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, the room was filthy and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, despite being booked as non-smoking. The bedsheets were unwashed, stained, and torn, and we even spotted cockroaches. To make matters worse, there were sticky spill stains on the carpet, the hair dryer didn't work, and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. On top of that, the listing is completely misleading. The main photo advertises a swimming pool, but it has clearly been out of service for a long time — which was extremely disappointing since we chose this hotel specifically for the pool. Finally, the staff is rude and unresponsive. I messaged them multiple times prior to check-in with important questions and never received a single reply.

Roaches

We ended up going to stay at a different place. Don't use the photos as reference for this hotel, they are not even of the same property. Absolutely disgusting hotel and dishonest advertising.

Coachroaches. NO air conditioning.

Absolutely nothing. The bugs, the cigarette smell, the animal scratches in the bathroom, the cigarette burn in the sheets, the dusty lamps, the furniture was falling apart and missing drawers, the homeless doing drugs and the prostitute in the parking lot.

Mold in the ceiling, roaches all over! We didn't even sleep more than a few hours and left!

Most of the hotel was not very clean. Broken glass all over, used condoms on the walkways. Very unsafe area. Loud arguments happening late at night. My first room had blood on the sheets. We cut our stay short by a day because it was dirty and unsafe. Staff was very friendly
